Gentle Hatha Yoga flow is class that focuses on connecting our breath with movement. The goal is to find comfort, balance and steadiness in the poses while gently increasing flexibility and strength. Gentle Hatha is a mindful and meditative approach to opening the body with softness. All levels are welcome.
