My name is Emily, I am a Theta Healing® Practitioner and Meditation Coach. I have been in the health and wellness industry for many years. I began my journey by attending Ryerson University for Food and Nutrition, and have acquired a Food and Nutrition degree, specializing in anti inflammatory diets and specialty diets such as gluten free or autoimmune. I have a history in personal training and have now transitioned into mind and soul work.
My practice deals with creating an awakening process in the individual. This is accomplished through incorporating mindfulness practices, assisting in the removal of the limiting beliefs that could prevent personal and spiritual growth, and awaken the spiritual energy that’s within each of us.
I hold group meditation classes, as well as corporate mindfulness workshops. I am also a Advanced Theta Healer Practitioner.
Theta Healing is a process of meditation that was developed in 1995 by Vianna Stibal and teaches people to develop natural intuition through changing their brain wave cycle to the more relaxed theta waves for the intention of exploring how emotional energy affects a person’s health. It is a training method for your mind, body and spirit that allows you to clear limiting beliefs and live life with positive thoughts, developing virtues in all that we do.
