ABOUT ASHTANGA YOGA IN MISSISSAUGA
Class starts with an introduction to yoga and it’s ageless insights on mind, body and soul. Followed by rapid meditation for a few minutes, breathing techniques (Pranayama and its’ importance). Mainly concentrating on Ashtanga yoga postures (explaining the significance of each posture for example sun salutations) followed by a few power yoga postures for weight management. Stretch and twist yoga postures. Finally concluding the class with powerful mantra (chanting) and the good effect yogic nutrition. Arun also conduct personal classes for weight management. Core strengthening and toning as well as flexibility. The personal classes include various breathing techniques for stress management.
