“We all have a journey… My journey brought me to my mat almost 5 years ago. I found yoga at a time in my life where the story that I saw for my life and the story that was unfolding weren’t coinciding. Often, when that happens we become unbalanced and life seems harder.

To regain that balance, I found the practise of yoga. Yoga has not only helped me regain the balance that was lacking, but it has also helped me be present in this moment now. It has brought me back to the fundamentals of life and the simple action of being aware of my breath, something we often take for granted. I knew early on in my practice that I wanted to be able to give back everything that I’d learned from my practice, to others by becoming a yoga teacher.

At the end of 2018, after 10 weeks, I completed my Yoga teacher training at YogaSpace. Our focus was on Classical Hatha and Vinyasa Styles of Yoga with emphasis on the philosophy of yoga as well as meditation. My style of teaching is intuitive. I want you to focus on where you are, in this moment now. For 1 hour forget where you’re going, forget where you’ve been and learn to listen to what you’re body is telling you. You also will learn to reacquaint your self with your breath using various types of breath work.

Looking forward to guiding you in your yoga journey!
