HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Yoga is a 45 minute class infused with energy, balance, & stability, by combining asanas with high intensity interval Training. Hiit yoga is a combination of high intensity interval training (HIIT) with yoga asana practice. It is designed to build strength as well as burn fat.
